GM salary + bonuses is pretty good

simply more income overall would be nice.

i want my pto paid out and i want to be able to take a week or two offf but everytime i catch up on my money they fire a bunch of people n expect me to cover it all like its my responsiblity

A raise would be nice. I know that my time is used efficiently and that I bring hard work to the table every shift I work.

Wages are awesome! But being that they are franchised, health insurance is lacking.

Yes all the time. I'm constantly put down in my hours are constantly getting cut because of one mistake

More benefits would be nice

If money wasn't taken out of tips if an order was made incorrectly

higher pay i bust my butt everday and never get recognized

At the job I work at I have been trained and been doing the job of a shift lead for months but I am not getting paid for the job I am doing. I go out of my way to do things to help the store and I do not get paid a fair amount for the job and tasks that they ask me to do

Members that have less experience, are only get paid a fraction less than me. And I am a shift leader
