The only positive thing about work is when my friends come in to get a sub from me

Yes all the time. I'm constantly put down in my hours are constantly getting cut because of one mistake
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything is going wrong I don't think anything will be approved if the manager staying there and there's never at work.
