I have a very good experience with Jersey Mike's. My managers are all great and I do enjoy working. It is a fast-paced job which I love, keeps you on your feet.

We all have fun together and can work well with each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to do and over a phone interview due to COVID.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just the whole job. I don't think there have been many shifts where I have a bad day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living is extremely high. I feel that they could pay a bit higher to make living a little easier.
