Very thorough training program. Everyone is well trained!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wages are awesome! But being that they are franchised, health insurance is lacking.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very approachable. I know more members of the executive team with this company than I have known in all the previous companies I have worked for! That is so awesome!
