The company is fantastic! In fact, by far one of the best I have ever worked for. My store manager makes things difficult and I have ignored it do to my need for my job. I feel targeted by her and underappreciated. I don't know what to do..

A raise would be nice. I know that my time is used efficiently and that I bring hard work to the table every shift I work.
