It is a great job easy and fun and I love everyone I work with. Job has so many opportunities to grow and to learn new things. There is just one thing I would change which is the uniform.

I think that they are friendly and nice. Try to make sure they hear everyone

Everyone is a hard worker and are friends get along nicely and all make each other smile

There are some specific people that make the day a little better because they do things without being asked to
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees are great the manager is negative most of the time but other people do not let that stop them from making working a great fun thing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At the job I work at I have been trained and been doing the job of a shift lead for months but I am not getting paid for the job I am doing. I go out of my way to do things to help the store and I do not get paid a fair amount for the job and tasks that they ask me to do
