Managing and communication and respect for their employees

simply more income overall would be nice.
i want my pto paid out and i want to be able to take a week or two offf but everytime i catch up on my money they fire a bunch of people n expect me to cover it all like its my responsiblity
A raise would be nice. I know that my time is used efficiently and that I bring hard work to the table every shift I work.
Wages are awesome! But being that they are franchised, health insurance is lacking.

Honestly I think theres no coming back from this. From the jump the owner is not cut out for this line of work. He uses no real apps or websites for schedules and has employed his own babys mother to work from home for him. This franchise just needs to restart.
peoples attitudes definitely could be better, people not getting breaks so that leads two people with short shifts 4-6 hours take 3-4 bathroom breaks within that shift and each time hiding in the bathroom for 10 or more mins sometimes 25! i am ususally working a 8-12 hour shift and only go pee once
Care more for employees than bottom line
there seems to be none because they hire anyone really
Stop wrongfully terminating the employees
Constantly running short staffed so the owner makes an extra penny by choking labor costs is driving up wait times and driving guests away.

Everything is going wrong I don't think anything will be approved if the manager staying there and there's never at work.
Better everything from top to bottom
Management isnt the best at all
Need to pay less attention to profits, and help nature a trustworthy environment for workers. Which will improve costumer opinions
