What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are taking efforts to be more transparent and be more engaging with employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is not to he trusted
Have more empathy and not to focus on blame instead to solutions and support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
we have bonus, paid overtime, yearly home ticket and good health insurance
Money /wages is good. Bonuses structure is also transparent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Improvements are needed as its a very disorganized process and HR IS NOT HELPFUL!
No career growth and low salary despite of long service.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cooperative team with very high skill level
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Disorganized and often not given any notice of a meeting
My coworkers are fine but our bosses are not.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fair compensation for time spent & work done.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managment hired incompetnet and not qualified pilots which presents a safety issue
What did you like most about the interview process?
it's perfect, HR is always there to help and answer your problem

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Talent department is not aware ! They dont know facts and pass on incorrrect information
Give people a chance to grow.
What makes you most happy at work?
Challenging assignments and good strong relatosiships
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Remove long term managment personel and replace . Clean house ! Managment have become complacenr and bot held accountable doe their poor decisions . Infligjt flight attendant services and pilot managment both need to replaced . Not honest and quite frankly abusive!
Their micromanagement not only limits an employee's ability to deliver success, but also causes the boss to stretch themselves too thin and not lead the company well.
