The company itself honestly isnt too bad.. just wish we had more time off to spend woth out family's at home. I love my job and most my coworkers. Just 6 days a week 1 day off and basically 2 hours to spend with my kids and husband is taken away when i come home to cook and clean up after cooking..

Dont have a team leader at my store location.

It was okay honestly was not hard to get the job at all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All but 1 of my current (before training employees) get along fine... the other causes alot of drama.
What makes you most happy at work?
Putting a smile on a customer's face and try to keep them happy pr even get them to laugh before they leave.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better hood techs they will do tire rotations, pull air filters.. and listen to what is being called out so they can do their job as im doing mone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard at my job. And make sure my job duties are done every day. I just wish i had more than 1 day off a werk to spend with my family. Family values in a company speaks volumes!!!
