What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better training, more people to work over at my store, better management, and management to care for the employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There hasn't been leadership at my store that's why everyone has been quiting. My store needs a lot of help but no one is helping.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that they come to me for help and or for guidance even though I'm not an manager they treat me as I am one. They feel comfortable to come to me about anything
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
McDonald's employees make more than I do. I work 55 hours a week and still dont have enough to live or take care of my baby. Dont have enough to even save up for a car to take my baby to his dr appointments, to get food ect.
