Realistic goals, not explaining where these goals came from and how it's base on.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better pay than $13.50, I'll be happy if it's 16.00 - 17.50, like Amazon offers their packers or delivery drivers and no stress. And of course realistic goals.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better trained store manager in making realistic goals for his store, by researching the area, type of people and different vehicle. Stop lying to customers or make Associates do the same. Maybe use Toyota way or sigma six or basic common sense.
