Management needs to be restructured and consistency needs to be implemented.
Consistency, training needs to be based on appropriate industry standards. Managers need to have more practical knowledge in order to teach/lead a team.
Any employee should be able to walk in to any Jiffy Lube at any time and perform his/her job with minimal questions. He/she should be confident that coworkers have been adequately trained.
They need to be sure shops are running in a safe manner. They need to stop sending unqualified people out to the shops try to rectify situations which they tell the store manager they are there to take care of that disappear after 2 days.
I feel undervalued because, while there are internal District Manger conflicts and inconsistencies in the way the store are run, it is left up to the store manager to try to maintain a safe store for the Jiffy Lube employees, as well as maintain the machinery in shops.
