What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are laid back and professional
Approachable and compassionate. Direct manager was great.
My manager cares about his employees and if you have a problem we'll work with you to resolve it or to help you in any way that you need
Their door is always open and they always greet you in the morning
They do very good work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being fair to all employees...need to know how to do there jobs better
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They have kept up with the market, if not above, at least for now. It has been a rough year though, so it remains to be seen if it continues on.
Honestly for the area the pay is above average, especially for unskilled labor. The benefits are good too, which is hard to find.

Good insurance and the ability to climb up the ladder quicky if so desired.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are very poor to say the least for a company this big they're very high priced and they don't cover much as for compensation I don't know that I've ever seen anything like that
To be treated like a person and not recognized as a number
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team gets along great with each other. We have great comraderie, and interact well together.
Decent members but losing talent at expo rate. Policies &tools are established well, if their was meaningfull leadership.
the people are fun to work with.
We all work together to support each other and get to know each other well.
Everybody in my building seems to work well and helps each other out and makes it a little more tolerable during the day

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They say they are people first and sometimes thats true, in terms of compensation and benefits. They also reward continuous improvement efforts.

Our culture is of respect, courteousness, and friendship placing safety as our top priority.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A new leadership team with morals and ethics
Proper work execution by senior manager
Keep to their word instead of changing it last minute
Complete change of true focus. Safety and TM health are sacrificed at the bid of executives desires to make bigger bonuses. the slogan people first...is BS.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The willingness to change the position that I originally interviewed for to the one that was actually offered.
It was conversational and included a reporting manager and someone doing the actual job i was hired for.
It was quick and simple

Working as a team to achieve out dated &unrealistic goals from its past.

I'd fire all supervisors and start over...
Managenent is not worried about quality instead
