Everyone is experienced and nobody is a leech not contributing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many of our meetings are "the entire company" and that's not always useful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's extremely flexible.
Everyone is trusted to get their job done. There is almost no micro managing.

Checking in changes to our product. Every week things move forward at least a little bit which is very satisfying.
