What do you like best about the leadership team?
i love transformational leaders because they add value to employees career
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need honesty, need training by 3rd party because the corruption goes to the top of the chain and shit runs down hill. There was a Mike Patel who was not qualified for his position. He was a liar, He expected you to lie. He is dishonest in his write ups. I heard he fired someone to save his own butt.
