Horrible experience, worst of my career. Recruiters were not honest about the product or compensation and management was self-serving in order to save their own pockets while their teams continued to get laid off on a regular, rolling basis

Juniper Square is a great place to work. The company is growing at breakneck speed and has a lot of opportunity to build skills and grow along with the company. There are great benefits, and an excellent hybrid, cloud-first workplace strategy.

Leadership is very transparent and has a clear and cohesive vision for the future of the company.

As the company grows rapidly, hiring has failed to keep pace with this growth leaving many teams overworked (likely temporarily). Compensation has not kept pace with inflation over the past year plus and while adjustments are apparently in the works, I'm not confident that these will fill the gap.

I love the people I work with. Most employees are humble yet highly effective and working together is easy.

The culture of ownership, solving hard problems, and work life balance is truly world-class.

The interview process was lengthy, but the conversations were engaging and the communication good overall. The only concern was that after the interviews were done, the recruiter did not adhere to their timelines to keep me up to date leaving me assuming I had been ghosted.

There is a lot of autonomy and trust in individual contributors. We are responsible for outcomes, not inputs which gives us the flexibility to structure our work in the way that works best for us.
