There needs to be an improvement on Human relations.
Partners (leaders) should be setting a better, more positive example for staff. There are too many people who don't even respond when you say "hello". It's just common courtesy. Too many of the "big wigs" think they are better than everyone. If that attitude went away, it would be a better firm
Better morale and employee confidence needed.
