
Co-workers need to work harder at growing skillsets. Same-old, same-old won't drive the business forward.
Poor performance continually results in not even cost of living increases. Merit increases are nearly always cost of living at best.
I do not feel effectively placed for my skillset. Being recognized for what I can do would go a long way.
Taking responsibility for the business. Offshoring and staff cuts have gutted the US staff & resulted in more work and less positive results
