A very fast-paced company that has a lot of turning around to do under new leadership. I am eager and excited to see what the new CEO does and hope to see Karyopharm go from being a fledgling company to a well-established, competitive company.

I get to work cross-functionally with a variety of talented, funny, hardworking people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are certain teams that are trying really hard to improve on the company culture and they are bright spots in my day. Work wouldn't be the same without them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are certain members of the leadership team that are incredibly forward-thinking and are trying to improve on Karyopharm culture as a whole. I think they're doing a fabulous job and hope they keep at it!
What makes you most happy at work?
I have an incredible manager and consider myself very lucky to be able to learn from them at such a crucial stage in my career. I'm consistently impressed with their thoughtfulness, consideration, and well-rounded approach to management.
