My experience has been mostly positive. As with any start-up, there have been challenges. However, I do what I can to contribute positively and try not to get caught up in negativity. I feel more opps for dvlpm't into other roles and education would help with retention & job satisfaction.

I was brought on board at less than my colleagues and have been in "making it up" mode ever since.
