My experience within my department has been fantastic. Cross functional interactions have often been good. Experiences with the prior executive team make-up were, at times, excruciating. I have great hope for the executive new team, however.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to get things done for patients
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is stabilizing after years of being completely untenable. If I were based in the office, it is likely I would have moved on long ago.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great $ matching. Healthcare is excellent although difficult to manage in NYS. Wishing that there were more options based on field distribution (at same level of quality).
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team in particular has been incredibly stable for the last 5 years which is totally a result of the quality of our department head and in the people that we have hired. They have become family, not just coworkers and we all collaborate REALLY well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has become more stable over the last year. They seem to be realigning corporate strategy to that of a commercial entity rather than a start-up. The company culture has also become more stable and you can actually feel a collective sigh of relief.
