The team is willing to turn on the page and start with a fresh mindset; however, the SVP still has the old attitude. He does not motivate or inspire employees.
I like the new culture and the new LT members. They are sharp and have been in the industry for years. They will make a positive change to the company.
It makes me happy knowing that we can help patients in need. The KEAP program is a great example of what the company offers for people who cannot afford to pay for the drug.
