Overall, I think that my experience has been good, but we run full tilt, then stop, then full tilt, then stop. There is no constant. I wish the company would invest in the future and become a beginning to end pharm company instead of only thinking about clinical/commercial.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overall, my team is easy to work with and friendly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is nothing coming up behind our current compounds. We need some investment in the future or we will turn into a one and done company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We have no pipeline outside of compounds already known. We have very little science outside of the clinical arena. We have no ability or plan to do new med chem or look at other compounds that has been commumicated.
