People do not have time to do a task so there is always conflicts around priorities and people not meeting timelines
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The expectation of being available 24/7 including holidays leads to quick burnout. There is no respect for the employees and what is being asked of them. Upper management needs to provide more resources and stop pushing the employees to the point of exhaustion and burnout.
