I was brought in to help make improvements in how my group operates. I feel I have the ability to influence and affect change which is a great feeling. While the company's processes are immature, suggestions seem to be readily welcomed.

Everyone is hard working and driving towards progress. We've had growing pains of how to go from a small to a larger company, but seems as though recent changes are looking to sustain success and overall healthy work environment.

I like problem-solving and there are no shortage of problems to solve, but also that I feel that there is an opportunity to make an impact.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HR does a wonderful job putting events and other activities that signals the company understand and acknowledges that we all have lives to balance. Also the execs do a good job bringing in discussion to remind us what impact we are making for patients. KPT is also very open to changes in progress
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is in a bit a flux right now. That's a good thing because it's a signal to employees that they will look to make improvement in order for the company to achieve their goals. And, thus far, the leadership team is receptive about new processes I have been driving for my group
