Not forcing people to do 'Team Bonding' like children. Team bonding is important, and understandable. But to force people to make turkeys out of hands with crayons, or call team bonding lunch 'Marketing Meetings' is a misnomer.
Kaspien has a great family leave policy.
Normal designers in the Spokane area are paid a lot more. I know there are other people in other departments that are under-paid as well.
We are so cohesive and with so many bright minds, it's very easy to rely on each other.
Copywriting is stale and only in one voice for multiple partners and brands. Too formal for certain partners and brands. It's hard to work with the copywriter, as well as some marketing people. Other departments treat Marketing like we're inferior to them.
Empowerment. Leadership allows a lot of autonomy, but they provide great support when needed.
More relaxed, less sociable, more privacy, and less forced "meetings" about nothing.

We hire super smart people. I learn a lot from my coworkers on a daily basis.
Stricter budgets, lying about the buy-out and that no one was laid off in the process, 'transparency' is not enforced like they said. A lot of secrets and hiding things from higher management.
