What do you like best about the leadership team?
They offer a fairly good amount of resourcea
I like the floor managers better than the store manager

Treat with me with respect and empower me to be creative and innovative and let me hire and develop talent.
I would tell them that it has all of my trust and that I recommend it. Also, I would tell them to put their money in their and get a credit card. Also get a CD for their child to invest up to 3 percent a year. Also,it is kid friendly and some locations even have a seating area, free coffee, and loll
The leadership team needs to be better leaders. They need to not gossip about the employees and be mature

My salary and team sharing bonus
Discount is very very good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think their should be bonuses based on sales but no commission
I receive no benefits whatsoever and my shifts are always short. 5 hours is not worth the drive to me. The management needs improvement too.

super friendly and nice. amazing people to work with. We have little to no drama
