Keller Williams Realty Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Learning about the company and the opportunities available.

Review from Executive Dept

Assigning a KPA and reviewing it with the person. Eye opening

I don't know. It is a different person that I onboarded with and we currently don't have a Team Leader. My interview was awful but I had been recruited by someone in a different office who was awesome but her office was much further away for me.

Very friendly and comfortable approach.

The interview was inviting and informative

I actually interviewed with the Broker, which I came to find out was unusual, as they do have staff that typically manages that aspect. But my Broker never finds anything beneath her and answers the call when needed.

Review from Sales Dept

Time on task, in-depth questioning to see if you are a right fit

Review from Sales Dept

The depth of the process

Review from Executive Dept

They want to know about you as a person not just in a work setting

Review from Sales Dept

I liked the interviewer the best. She was the ONLY manager that would give you an answer on the spot and not tell you to "email" her. Such a shame they fired her for doing a good job

Review from Sales Dept

relaxed and easy to talk about growth

Review from Sales Dept

They made it seem like a great place to work

Review from Admin Dept

I think the interview process is better now. It was a little too easy for me to get hired, I think. We've learned a lot in my local franchise office since then.

It was more like me interviewing them

The managers high spirit and knowledge

the interview process is very personal and comfortable. It is more of a conversation and less of an interrogation.
