Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It would make me feel better if I was actually compensated. Sure when I'm able to work and the equipment is doing fine everythings great, the moment it isn't, you're basically out of a job. There are many states that prevent that with being scheduled for the day, and this company breaks those laws.

I need benefits like 401k, health insurance, personal time off and more than a week vacation over a certain amount of years. If not 401k then pension of some kind.

Compensation is need based and not performance driven.

The pay at the facility is fine. It’s the Kelly services it is horrib

Because cut every area of comp including variable through constant changing commission and bonus plans. They do not leave any in place long enough to gain momentum.
