What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Everything, from the treatment of the employees to the understanding the employees are then able to provide to customers because at the end of the day no one wants to work for a company that constantly denies you basic human rights.

There has been at least five restructures at Kelly in the last year and a half and they don't seem to know who they are or who they want to be. Major identity crisis!

I just don't like subbing. It is not satisfying. I will be mistreated by students and by most staff, depending on the district. Especially Liberty Public Schools. Very unwelcoming to subs.

High workload due to understaffing, frequent system errors and outages, high turnover, over-reliance on customer surveys (i.e. being penalized when a customer is upset at the company), having to clock out to use the restroom outside of scheduled breaks.
