What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A new company needs to buy them and clear house
What did you like most about the interview process?
Unfriendly atmosphere, constant surveillance, and a toxic culture where reporting coworkers is rewarded. Bullying is common and often disguised as sexist jokes. Vague contracts and lack of management support make this a hostile and unprofessional place to work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CEO and upper management need all the coaching they can get on how to build a decent medical device conpany. No value at all to their employees
