Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Less stock more cash percentage in stock I get is way too high

I feel undervalued because of a lack of respect for the work I do.

A 1% or 2% raise is a slap in the face during these hard times of sky high prices.

Yearly raise that coverd inflation and being paid for the job you're doing.

2% every other year is simply insulting. I work very hard and contribute to my team in many ways and i do not feel i have been adequately compensated once i got hired into the company. Starting pay was fair, but that was it.

High deductible health plan. Also would like a larger profit sharing and stock bonus.

Compensation, specifically bonus is subjective and people on the same level get paid differently

Because the racially active motives that around you on the daily basis, When your creating a Life for your Family an others act like a child around with the same credentials but makes more then you because of race, Is one the biggest problems today!!!
