Digital transformation- they're 20 years behind other banks

More communication and opportunities for advancement not playing favorites

Not focusing on GROWTH and INNOVATION. If/when we're acquired/merge, they will leave with millions of $. The regular folks will be "downsized" (job losses).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Less stock more cash percentage in stock I get is way too high

I feel undervalued because of a lack of respect for the work I do.

A 1% or 2% raise is a slap in the face during these hard times of sky high prices.

Yearly raise that coverd inflation and being paid for the job you're doing.

2% every other year is simply insulting. I work very hard and contribute to my team in many ways and i do not feel i have been adequately compensated once i got hired into the company. Starting pay was fair, but that was it.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Accountability of leadership. We don't have any objective performance metrics.

Overly Liberal and "snowflakey". Employees are discouraged from speaking up/out because people are so easily offended. Stifles innovation and challenging the status quo.
