The people and the technology...we have some of the best people in the industry and are a market leader in everything we do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The knowledge that some of our team members in electronic test and measurement has is amazing...some Keysight engineers did "write the book" on specific technologies!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Keysight shares our success with all employees through a Keysight Results Bonus (KRB) program...when the company does well and meets or exceeds financial goals, every employee get a KRB.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate how Keysight leadership puts employees first when issues arise as evident by the recent fires in the U.S. and the current COVID-19 pandemic. It makes me proud to work at Keysight.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect and feeling of inclusion. Everyone is asked to contribute to the company's overall goals and are given clear guidance on what needs to be done from a high level through the Keysight Leadership Model (KLM).
