I joined shortly after the 2017 Tubbs Fire in Santa Rosa, CA. Hearing about what the company had done for its employees, within hours after the emergency began, flabbergasted me. What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the choices I'm offered and I especially like the generosity of the company when it comes to the premiums.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that they were careful. They took their time to make sure that I would be a good fit within the culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
Primarily, the people with whom I work. My managers and colleagues. Secondarily, the satisfaction I take in knowing that I work for a great company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
At other companies for which I worked I loathed meetings. 90% were an utter waste of time and energy. At Keysight, meetings are effective; generally remain on topic (participants are disciplined); people walk away with better understanding, alignment or assignment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The mutual support & collaboration. Keysight offers many opportunities for employees to engage with one another. Interpersonal relationships are important. Opportunities for building community are actively searched for & pursued. Company sponsored employee network groups (ENG) are many & diverse.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have worked for many different companies in my 40+ year career - startups, entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 & Fortune 100s. NEVER before joining Keysight had I found a Management team as invested in its employees as Keysight's. They embody "Servant Leadership" in all that they do & the examples they set
