My team is great because there is a diverse skill set and the helpful attitude.

The genuine interest in my professional and personal goals. Also, the example set by management to always strive to be better as an company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy at work because I am constantly challenged. Every day is different and I enjoy working with my team to solve problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the environment at Keysight are the people. From trainers, managers and coworkers everyone I interact with is genuine and easy to work with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I think everyone would agree that the thing I liked most about the interview process was being offered a position. Other than that, I really did have to fight for the position I have. It was important to the hiring manager to select the right candidate not just a warm body.
