
They value workk life balance and take real world issues and incorporate them into Keysight values and objectives.
Even when we are not doing so well financially, the leadership team would take a hit on compensation than burden the employees that work beside them...
Seasonality...because Keysight is such a great place to work, you work along side people who have been here from anywhere from 5-30 years...most people just don't leave Keysight.
Everyone is valued...you get paid for performance. If someone complains about Keysight and quits...I guarantee they most likely were not performing...they pay us to do our jobs...whether we go above and beyond is another story.
