My interview here was 22 years ago but it was an easy interview and the interviewer at the time had a great personality and made me feel at ease.
What makes you most happy at work?
Resolving issues, getting one job done to move onto the next. Having things land on my desk that don't belong to me but I assist in resolving because of my time here and my knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get recognized for hard work and innovative ideas. We know that keeping the moral up is important to be productive. We all know we have challenging moments so we voice and move on to keep the atmosphere healthy.
