I have been with the company for 20 years and I have learn so much during this time. The really enjoy my co-workers and my managers and like how we can work together to get things done.

It was a group interview and I got to meet several of the managers at one time.

They are always looking to the future to keep us current and number 1 in the industry and are very proactive in their actions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a very diverse team with a lot of knowledge so there is always someone one the team who can assist you if needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I complete the work that I need to do that day or when I help out a fellow co-worker who needs help in my area of expertise.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am part of the retirement plan and the 401K which is a great way to save money automatically and they have resources that will help you to grow this investment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That you can ask a question on anything about your job or the company without judgement. The CEO and leadership team are very assessible to us and make in person or video conferencing meetings to keep us up to date on current changes in the market and within our company.
