The process was conveyed well and was accurate. It took 2 weeks. One of the easiest I've experienced.

My immediate team is aligned to our mission, is energized to learn and supportive of the mutually agreed upon strategy, hard working and purebred winners ;)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all aligned to our mission, it doesn't change frequently and rapidly, but they all understand the vision and mission very well, which is communicated from the top to the field.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
look for opportunities to enable and empower employees to take calculated risks when trying creative ways to develop business. Looks for ways to help foster this mindset, by removing the roadblocks that short circuit creativity. Establish that the status quo is not acceptable.
