The leadership needs to stop allowing hires due to nepotism, favoritism, cronyism. It's enabling a toxic, abusive work environment where some individuals have zero accountability. Dave Post needs to stop the harassment and abuse of black, and gay, employees.
Need more face to face time with employees. Send out anonymous reviews so employees can review their managers etc. Some managers are exploiting the fact they are the only pipeline to give information about employees, work environment and targeting certain employees, allowing hostile environments.
Black employees were underpaid when compared to their white and non black peers. They were passed over for promotions or not hired at all. The white manager tricked a black employee into assuming her managerial duties for a $.50 cents raise. She, and a white director, LIED to the worker to do this.
Advancement opportunities are kept secret. Told to certain employees while others are overlooked. Advancement opportunities not based on work achievement, production, metrics, etc. Based on how close the person is with management etc. How favored they are.

Low pay for engineers. Lack of diversity. More focus on keeping wages and labor costs low than hiring top notch personnel. Reverse all these things and there will be some improvement.
