competitive salary, high OTE, reasonable quotas. Potential for accelerators beyond OTE earnings.

Overall we had a close knit team but when Dave Post took over and hired who he did the environment turned toxic. Microaggressions started. Harassment started. Management refused to stop it. Pushed out the individual who brought it to their attention. Then smeared the person.
Cohesiveness. But moral is very low.
The new CEO and leadership team have prioritized culture in every aspect of the company. Work life balance, meetings, safe environment for growth, feedback, etc.
A consistent paycheck. I have some really great coworkers.

Having the opportunity to interview with the CEO directly, he asked me some interview questions but also gave me an ample amount of time to ask his anything, which he answered all of my questions, transparently.
It's was straight forward. That's all.
I was hired quickly. The process seemed efficient. I hear it's now changed unfortunately.
