There are two ways to invite other parents to KidPass.
You can use our Give $20, Get $20 program. You can view and send this offer by clicking "My Account" in the top right corner of your homepage and then selecting "Refer Friends" from the drop-down menu. This takes $20 off your next billing cycle for referring them (thank you) and $20 off your invitees trial when they create an account.
We also have a send free trial invitations directly from your account by selecting the "FREE CLASSES" link on the top of your dashboard.

View ArticleCredits are what you use to book activities on KidPass. When you sign up for a membership, you receive a certain number of credits for the month. How you use those credits is entirely up to you! Classes have credit rates that change dynamically based on a number of factors like popularity, time of day, and more.
If youre running low on credits, you can always purchase more credits on the top right of your screen or in your Account Settings.
View ArticleYou can always cancel your reservation directly in your account by selecting the Cancel option next to your booking.
We encourage you to cancel your reservation in the app or on the website as soon as possible to ensure someone else has the opportunity to book the spot instead!
All reservations booked through KidPass need to be cancelled directly through your KidPass account via the app or website to ensure a successful cancellation. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation via email with the subject KidPass Cancellation Confirmation and the class will no longer appear in your upcoming activities. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation, you have not cancelled.
Pay attention to the cancellation window when booking an activity. If the cancellation window has passed, your credits cannot be returned.
View ArticleYou can search for activities on our Activities page by filtering by category, location, date, time, and age. Onceyou'vefound an activity you want to attend, youll see an option to book the activity, as long as there are spots available.
After you book the activity, youll receive a confirmation email and the reservation will appear on your Account Dashboard.

Basic Plan: $49/month for 10 credits per cycle. Credits roll over for 90 days, and you can visit most providers up to 3 times per month. This plan is good for families with one child.
Family Plan: $99/month for 22 credits per cycle. Credits roll over for 90 days, and you can visit most providers up to 3 times per month. This plan is great for families with multiple children.
Power Plan: $189/month for 50 credits per cycle. Credits roll over for 90 days, and you can visit most providers up to 3 times per month. This plan works well for families with multiple children who want to try a lot of activities.
Additional credits can be purchased at any time during the month in your Account Settings.
View ArticleYou sure can! You can change your membership plan right in your Account Settings. From there, youll see an option to 'Adjust your Membership plan' under the Membership Details section.
If youre switching to a plan with fewer credits, your plan change will occur at the start of your upcoming cycle. If youre upgrading to a plan with more credits, your billing cycle resets, your card is charged the full price of your new plan, and the credits are applied to your account immediately.
For example:
Upgrade: Martha is a KidPass member. Martha subscribed to the Basic Plan - 10 credits for $49 per month - on 1/5/18. Martha loved KidPass so much that on 3/10/18, she upgraded to the Family Plan - 22 credits for $99 per month. Therefore, on 3/10/18 Martha received 22 credits and was charged $99. Her new billing cycle was changed to the 10th of each month and she was then charged $99 on 4/10/18, 5/10/18 and so on.
Downgrade: Marco is a KidPass member. Marco subscribed to the Family Plan - 22 credits for $99 per month - on 1/5/18. On 3/10/18, Marco set his account to downgrade to the Basic Plan - 10 credits for $49 per month. There was no immediate charge on 3/10/18. Marco was then billed $49 on 4/5/18 and received 10 credits. He was then charged $49 on 4/5/18, 5/5/18 and so on.

Just click 'My Account' on the top right corner of your homepage.
Select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
Once you scroll down to the bottom of the page, select 'Add Child,' and enter the child's first name, birthday.
Click Save and you should see a confirmation message at the top of the screen.

View ArticleYes! Credits roll over for 90 days on all of our plans, as long as your membership remains active. Credits do expire upon cancellation of your membership, and any bookings taking place beyond the last day of your membership are also automatically cancelled.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least three days prior to your next cycle renewal.
Your membership is only officially cancelled if you receive a confirmation email that your membership has been cancelled.
Note that all payments are non-refundable. There are no credits or refunds for partially used membership periods. All unused credits will automatically expire at the end of your cycle. When you cancel your membership, all bookings beyond your current billing period will automatically be cancelled. However, you will continue to be able to reserve classes through the end of your current billing period.
However, if youre going on a long vacation or your child is going to sleepaway camp, pausing your KidPass membership is a great option. You keep unused credits and all relevant information in your account (child name, booking history) without getting charged. Pausing your membership will take effect once your current billing cycle ends and you must set an end date.

For example, if your billing cycle is on the 8th of each month (you were most recently charged on 5/8/18) and you set your membership to pause on 5/11/18 until 7/27/18, you would be able to use credits until 6/8/18. On 7/27/18, you would be charged your membership and you would be able use your credits to book thousands of kids activities.
Please note, you will not be able to book activities or use any credits while your account is on pause. Any classes scheduled beyond your current billing cycle end date will automatically be cancelled.
You can still purchase semesters on pause.
Please contact customer support to take your account off pause early.
