Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the fact that they are willing to listen and take our inputs in order to make the company better. I also like the fact that they make sure everyone here has a mentor figure that will help guide them into becoming the best employee they can be.
Mission drive. Collaborative. Visibility across departments.
They manage to encourage a high level of innovation in workers, while still being very attentive to customer concerns.
I really enjoy working for this company. They care about me as a person and I feel like part of the team!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the amount of money I am paid for the work that I put in.
Healthcare, dental, unlimited vacation. Standard benefits.
The health and disability insurance packages.
The pay is very fair.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are people that get along with each other in and out of work. That means that we have each person best interest at heart.
Everyone really cares and is motivated
You know that they've always got your back.
I like that we work together as a team. If I dont know how to do something everyone works with me to figure it out together.

Things are fast paced and constantly change. There are lots of learning opportunities.

2 rounds of in person interviews were efficient
I liked the way that the interviewer just listened.
There are a lot of questions that are specific to the actual job.
I got a good sense of the culture and people.
