Overall an upbeat and positive place to work. A lot has changed for the better over the last year or so. Biggest complaint is the pay. Not competitive. Most who leave would stay because they like the job, but need better pay, which isn't hard to find.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the kids! Especially seeing their progress
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that management is approachable. I frequently see KOTM management around all departments. My supervisor has an open door policy, which I appreciate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team! The people I work with a varied and kind. I like how supportive and kind everyone is. I feel that they are dependable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that there were multiple interviewers (4) and that they were not intimidating. The conversation was easy and I felt like I understood the job description well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the support I feel from my coworkers and management. I feel like I am a person and not just an employee number. I appreciate that they allow my schedule to be flexible for the sake of my family.
