Hearing stories from families that were benefited from our service. And being able to work together with my team to create something beneficial for our community.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants to serve. It is a very positive environment overall and the culture is truly one that focuses on a desire to make the lives better of children and families. The mission is apparent in everyone's hearts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are on the same page, and are willing to brainstorm and support each other's ideas. They push me to do better, and we all encourage each other in a very positive and uplifting way. My ideas feel valued amongst my team.
