The people! My co-workers are some of the best people I have interacted with. They are helpful, fun, and kind.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team knows my name even though they have so many employees. They frequently ask how I am doing and if I need anything.

What makes you most happy at work?

The people I work with and the ongoing training/coaching I receive. This helps me to continue to grow and also helps me stay engaged with my work.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The meeting topics have been very relatable to my position. At the end of the meetings, they open it up for discussion and questions. I feel like they listen and strive to answer them.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I was interviewed by a team that asked specific questions about my reasons for wanting to work for them. They also asked questions that related directly to what my job would be. Then, I was given a hands-on opportunity to show my skills.
