We have weekly and monthly meetings to review practices and procedures as well as audit each other's work for correctness. Teams communicate openly and continuously.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was friendly and welcoming with 3 directors present. They worked around my schedule and helped me find a time for the interview. I felt welcomed and secure throughout the process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
KOTM supports the growth and development of their employees using team approaches. I always have the ear of a supervisor or member of the executive team whenever I need it and there's always support available when things are tough.
