Pay is good and the main goal is safety and they really do back it and they actually work together and everybody helps everybody to achieve higher quality and better craftsmanship an eight out ten Project managers always go above and beyond to help their superintendent and employees to achieve best

It was the average basic questions of basic knowledge for your job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Understanding of management to their hourly employees in their management helps spread their knowledge and quality of work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued on their nonunion jobs. Their benefits are a little below average for hourly employees salarly employees. They're great.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
No one talks down to anyone everyone works with everyone to achieve a higher quality of workmanship and knowledge, especially most of their project managers

Working with quality and understanding people who will help you achieve craftsmanship and Quality of your work and help you achieve future goals in the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
The understanding the sharing of knowledge and quality of work and everybody deals with you as a person no one belittles degrade you down you to teach you anything and their project managers most of them go above and beyond to help everyone on their team, even hourly people
