They’re smart enough, in my 30 years of experience, to hire younger superintendents that reasonably listen the their experienced craft hands. Unfortunately, as time goes on, they lose grasp as they escalate. Company wide,

We spend our own time getting to know each other. No matter what area of the country, is experienced hands make the choice to familiarize ourselves and learn our communication standards. No promoting. We spend more time with each other than our families.
